      Flexible schedule - there is no set schedule for you.

      Cons

      Actually being able to get a shift can be difficult with their shift drop system and all the other employees trying to grab shifts at the same time.

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
