      Benefits, specifically medical, vision and dental are great. And you get them right away.

      Cons

      Very hard on your body. Mandatory overtime, The company does not care about you, you're just a number to them. Pay needs to be better for what they expect.

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      Cons

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
