      long hours 10-12hr shifts 45 min, two 15 min breaks management only cares about rate need degree or 5 years working at amazon to get promotion unless u know someone

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
