Company culture is quite relaxed and the employees seem enthusiastic about their work.

Job title did not correlate to the actual work they had us interns do.

1. The pays are generally better than those big farms 2. The company is small, and RTL design work is more like ad-hoc than focusing on a tiny area for years. This means you have more exposure to various design fields and topics, and you have a faster growth on experience 3. The medical plans are at top though the company is small 4. The work vibe is great and people are generally nice. No political BS so everyone gets focused on the product that drives the company's business.

1. Generally you may need to work more here than other big techs. But you are also asked what you'd like to take responsibility on by your manager. So depending on your ambition, someone may work a lot more than other colleagues, while others work generally a bit more than people in big techs. 2. The company holidays and PTOs are less than others. Starts with 10 PTOs per year as a new hire, and 1 day PTO increment per year.
