Great teammates within customer service team

Cons

First area of business to get cuts. There is no focus on customer service so customers are always upset. When agents quit there are no replacements. Poor training. High stress job with complex knowledge needed (more so than other energy retailers). High staff turnover. There has been a huge decline in company's values and team morale over last 12 months.
