Pros
Ambition is the single greatest bunch of people I've ever worked with. - Remote friendly - Everyone is kind, welcoming, helpful, and interesting, not to mention good at their jobs. - Ambition really cares about their customers - they are involved pretty much every step of the product process, and we're only getting better in that regards. - The founders are incredibly kind and down to earth and have been friendlier to me than any other founders I've interacted with at previous SAAS companies. - We are a remote friendly company but HR does an awesome job getting people connected and hanging out virtually: so far, as a remote employee, I've virtually been part of a donut making party, meditation and yoga sessions, and more! - We're encouraged to bias towards action, and we are trusted to make informed decisions and act on them. No micromanaging. - The product is genuinely fun to work on. Lots of interesting people-centric features to work on like coaching and gamification.
