They truly care about their employees and clients - great compassion, understanding, professionalism, pride in the work we do, fair scheduling & competitive pay.
Plenty of hours and some good field personnel, pay is above average for the area
Cons
The company places profits over it people and over patient safety. There are a couple of decent supervisors but for the most part they gaslight employees, will stab them in the back and are pretty useless
