      Pros

      Intially great, showing thet cared but it was the individual not the whole. Good pay for the role

      Cons

      Lack of accountability, bad communication, unethical practices, at some point the lower people upheld the core values of the company more than the higher ups. Also got laid off without any warning write up etc. and found out everyone but me got severance pay
