Seeing some of the most beautiful sights as you travel for work. 3-7 days off in a row after 5 to 12 days of work.
Cons
Unprofessional crew leaders, sloppy office workers who do not take the interns concerns very seriously. I have witnessed numerous crew leaders and a few from office doing drugs on and off job. 2nd time joining ace i had my good friend from home join me, and office purposely gave us opposite projects out of states the entire time. Did not see him once. 12 people in one small bedroom. My bed being next to a community bathroom door so i would smell everything. Little to no credit given to employees during "evaluation" phone call towards end of stay, more like an office worker calling from flag to tell you what you can do better etc.
