      Pros

      They will train you, if you have good work ethic. There are plenty of opportunities for those that do their jobs and show they care about what they are doing.

      Cons

      There are cliques within the labs. Some techs will gossip, even if you don't know them.

      It it amazing. Was very well managed and trained.

      Sometimes the machines would go out of service.

      The high volume keeps you busy and the time does not drag. I have the best coworkers.

      Cons

      Management does not have a realistic view of the capabilities of an understaffed lab.
