However, all of our global offices are somewhat small and we have extremely low turnover. Both do tend to lend themselves to fewer upward promotions. I would encourage you to speak to management about skills training and other ways to grow in your position. Also, the office has had a few international opportunities with staff from other offices working in the US. While it has not yet become mainstream, there are opportunities. We are looking into the legal issues and hope to make this a more broadly utilized "perk" of working here in the future.
