Pros
AP is doing its best to do good, essential work. Everyone who works there cares about the mission and trying their best to achieve it. they also care about each other and there is a lot of schedule flexibility if someone needs to handle a personal issue. There are lots of opportunities for people who work there to try their hand at different tasks and roles, so it's a good place if you like to teach yourself new skills and take on a lot of responsibilites.
Cons
AP's mission is really hard to accomplish and there doesn't appear to be an actual strategy to achieve it. There also aren't enough people working at the org to handle all the different ideas and it's unclear how everyone's different job works together. Everyone is always running after shiney objects that don't seem to add up to bigger wins. It can be demoralizing to not have a clear understanding of the path to achieving the mission and how one's role contributes to it.
