I've worked here for about a year and it's been great. The unsatisfied employees that spend their shift complaining do the bare minimum and the people that move up do the best they can to make it great. They have a really good regional manager but they need more help one person is 3 departments.

I've worked for other cannabis companies, and in my experience, AM has been far and away the most communicative organization with an actual vision for its future place in the industry. It's a smaller company, and cannabis is a complex industry, so we all wear quite a few hats and we work hard. People who try to shirk their fair share or oversell their abilities don't last long here, so don't assume working at *this* weed company means you can slack off. But as such, it's easy to feel proud of your work, because you will quickly see the impact of your projects and the rewards reaped from it! If you like to hustle and take calculated but fun risks, this is the place for you.
