Senior Management, especially the executive level would grossly mismanage customers wants putting them before company needs. They would prioritize getting a product out the door without having the staff on hand to check if the product was correct . Work/Life balance is nonexistent for most salaried staff where some would even stay overnight to finish jobs. No scheduled performance reviews for employees means that you never have a scheduled time to expect feedback or raises. there is little to know feeling that you have an opportunity to advance in position unless you threaten to leave or someone above you quits , and typically in the second case you will simply get saddled with their job in addition to you own with no increase in compensation.
