Pros
Good financial benefits. A mission that really means something. Would be a great place if you can get past the layoff threshold into the middle manager area.
Cons
No real identity or team cohesion, a lot of turnover, layoffs, a LOT of middle managers, 10:1 time ratio of meetings to actual work and 95% of the work is done by contractors and then everybody celebrates when the the real value of the work is questionable at best. What could take hours or days takes weeks and months, but sometimes with good reason to be fair, it is serious work.
