Pros

1.Office environment look wise 2.Food - Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner 3. Cab Facility home pickup/drop

Cons

The Indian leadership, particularly the CDT team, has shifted the company’s focus from a product-based model to a service-based one. After the U.S. team handed over recruitment responsibilities to Indian management (primarily North Indian), local candidates are no longer being selected. The organization suffers from excessive micromanagement by North Indian managers. There is evident favoritism toward Hindi-speaking employees, with undue backing provided to certain candidates (especially at Level-5). During escalations from the U.S. team, instead of offering support, the Indian management tends to undermine and backstab colleagues. No shift allowances for those who are working in EST business time

Pros

Excellent compensation, benefits, and career development opportunities. Strong investment in innovation, patient-focused mission, and world-class manufacturing capabilities. The New Albany site offers exposure to complex biologics operations, large-scale capital projects, and opportunities to work alongside talented and dedicated professionals committed to delivering medicines to patients.

Cons

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
