Pros
Benefits, the good people who are present, and the great campus perks. They can also be quite flexible when they want to be, which is really helpful.
Cons
The venal people who are predominant, competitive culture, hypocrisy. If you work for someone who is winning the internal political fight, watch out. I've never been treated so shabbily in a corporate environment. What's really heartbreaking, confusing, and ultimately dysfunctional is that there is so much that is good and that the hype is first class, so it can take awhile to figure things out. The crash is very hard.
