Pros

Great culture to work in, highly motivating managers, team leaders. Project management, ISO standards, CFR compliant regulations - all are taught on the job. Bonus and pay makes up for the cons.

Cons

Lots of training required to take - but it isnt useful for the job itself. Lots of work - and little to no resources/people. Team tends to hire lots of CWs - but not enough full time employees. Project Managers are the same as the FTE Engineers - meaning your doing two jobs instead of just one. Some like this - some don't - either way the level of stress it comes with isn't in the job description. Upper level management and leaders may change the definition of the rules without warning and give you a non-conformance penalty. This misguidance can cause sever problems in work timelines that usually are accelerated - not delayed.

Pros

Excellent compensation, benefits, and career development opportunities. Strong investment in innovation, patient-focused mission, and world-class manufacturing capabilities. The New Albany site offers exposure to complex biologics operations, large-scale capital projects, and opportunities to work alongside talented and dedicated professionals committed to delivering medicines to patients.

Cons

The culture and leadership experience became increasingly inconsistent during the last year. Decision-making often lacked transparency, priorities shifted frequently, and employee feedback did not always appear to be valued. The people-centered culture that attracted many long-tenured employees seemed to drift, resulting in reduced trust, lower engagement, and increased organizational uncertainty.
