Plenty of work opportunity. Professional project managers. Occasional opportunity to work with big publishers on well-known series.
Cons
The rates are pretty low. In order to make decent income, one has to be able to handle a large volume and translate very quickly. For those starting out, its best to think of this as training as you will put in a lot of work for very little pay. However, by becoming more efficient over time you can increase your income from the work substantially
The employees were all friendly and easy to work with. They assign work based on your experience and skill set so it never felt overwhelming. The workload felt like a lot at times but was always manageable.
Cons
I do not know the specific details since I was an intern but the pay rate I was told when I asked about it was extremely low. The work itself can seem tedious and boring at times.
