Pros

Unique solution that will likely be acquired by a data cloud type company (despite IPO talk this is the future) Play for Each Other in place at lower levels makes for a mostly pleasant working environment

Cons

Constant layoffs since summer 2022 kept small to fly under the radar. Women at Director+ level have been decimated by the cuts. Most concerning is the whisper smear campaign immediately after about the women cut, their performance or suggesting that they are the problem - and now that they're gone, the problem will be solved. This pattern has repeated enough times now and across nearly every company department that it isn't a coincidence. I've also never seen it happen to a man.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback from your time with Amperity. We are pleased to hear that you found the engineering team motivated and the technical problems engaging, but we are genuinely saddened to hear that your experience with leadership and organizational shifts left such a negative impression. We take our workplace culture, leadership transparency, and employee development seriously, and your insights regarding communication and team stability provide valuable takeaways for our executive team.
