Flexible work but struggles with poor management - Senior Manager Amplify Health Asia Employee Review

Flexible work hours, a work-from-home policy, and no overtime are great.

Management has frequently changed. A few senior managers are not suitable for the tech lead job, but they pretend to be by using their talk skills to deceive. it doesn’t facilitate project implementation.

Maybe the one slight pro is that they are affiliated with aia.

Worst management I've ever seen. People woth no experience in health care or product management are running the show and they are hiring like minded ppl who dont know what they are doing.
