Pros

Joined Amro as a Data Engineer and so far, the experience has been fantastic. The company is growing fast, and there’s a real sense of purpose in the work we do. It’s not just busy work – the projects are interesting, and there’s always something new to learn. The team is incredibly warm and welcoming, which makes a huge difference, especially in a high-paced environment. One of the biggest positives is how open the leadership is to new ideas. We’re never forced to stick with outdated tools or processes – if there’s a better way to do something, we’re encouraged to try it. The company genuinely values innovation and respects our time by focusing on what actually drives results. The office itself is modern and well-equipped, and the compensation is very competitive. If you’re someone who enjoys challenges, brings fresh ideas to the table, and wants to grow fast in your career, this is the right place

Cons

The fast-paced nature of the work does come with its fair share of pressure. Deadlines can be tight, and there’s always a lot going on. It’s not a 9-to-5 cruise – you need to be someone who’s comfortable with responsibility and can stay focused when things get hectic. This might not be the best fit for someone looking for a very laid-back role, but for people who want to build something meaningful and grow quickly, the challenge is worth it.

Pros

As a data scientist at this fast-growing company, I’ve found the environment both challenging and incredibly rewarding. The supportive team, top-tier facilities, and strong growth mindset create endless opportunities to learn and advance. It’s truly a "work hard, play hard" culture, with great bonuses and room to thrive.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may feel intense at times High performance expectations can be demanding Rapid growth means constant change and adaptation
