The shop is 95 degrees from around May to around September. The 401k is vested, so if you don’t, or can’t stay for 5+ years, you lose about half of your retirement when you leave. There are other issues at this company. It's old school. If you are not what someone thinks of when they think of a traditional stereotypical fabricator, you could have a difficult time here. This and other problems are tied to long term managers, upper management and the owner.
