Pros
Good Family environment. Many great employees and friends can be found in this company.
Cons
If you have the bad luck to start working under one of the toxic deliriant micromanaging and microjudging team leaders, you will not be able to stand working for this company for more than 2 months. Seriously, I never felt so micromanaged and judged for every action, from the food you eat, to how you sit on the chair. This is total madness, never seen anywhere else. Plus the HR team, that looks initially so friendly, will always be on the side of the team leads despite dozens of people leaving the company and complaining about this unmanageable situation caused by this team lead. Then they wonder why so many good employees leave the company to never come back. The lack of respect of one of the team leads and the HR is totally unsustainable, but because he is "friend" of HR, he can have the luxury of treating all employees like his slaves, and hot having HR ever complaining about that, even less taking any corrective action. And when you leave the company tired of the lack of respect, they accuse you to have damaged the company. They always promise you growth opportunity (in line with the multilevel network marketing promises to get rich that never get realized) but no matter your skills and their promises, there are no real growth opportunities. Just smoke and mirrors. Salary is below average, despite the products they sell are excessively expensive. This company is taking too many bad decisions, one after the other, causing the company to shrink, lose sales, lose market share, lose reputation, customers and good employees. The only reason that they still hire, then, is not because the company is growing, but rather because people are leaving this company for better opportunities faster than they can hire. If you have some decent professional skills, you will be able to find, in the same city of Krakow a few dozen companies that will pay you easily 50% more, and will respect you at least as a human being.
