Technician workload is heavy (50+ hr work weeks minimum) and team is consistently spread thin. Hiring freezes can occur, which makes burnout worse for techs. Middle management is also spread thin, so detailed training can be very spotty. Upper management rescinds employee benefits often enough for company's benefit and convenience. PTO holiday, and FlexTime pay are unfairly withheld or under-compensated.
