Overworked! - Laboratory Technician Analytical Resource Laboratories Employee Review

I was an intern and did some pretty basic stuff in the Micro lab. Loved every second of it! Coworkers were awesome and were willing to teach and answer my questions which I appreciated a lot.

**Upward mobility is limited because you are too busy Expected to work over 40 hours every week to meet ambitious sales goals. Sales staff will make promises that we are expected to work overtime to keep. Management are nice to you in person, but no progress is made to create a better work environment. Lab equipment breaks down nearly weekly which slows down results even more. Low pay for the amount of work. Very small raises that don't even match inflation. Awful work/life balance
