Change is easy in the organisation, as i have seen it transforming in 3 years that i worked, The management is ready to listen and adapt. Accountability of all actions is the key word in this organisation, which makes u a stronger retail professional. Good care for the front end people and no Hire and Fire Policy, On that HR is very strong. Cost Conscious company, and at this age, i guess its the need of the hour.

Only Downside would be on People care. Its a corporate giant today, so the infrastructure in terms of basic amenities like Tea & Coffee etc need to be made available at all times.
