Pros
In my career of 6 years the biggest mistake that I had ever committed was to join this organization which is anything but a corporate at all. Except for the scenic beauty of the HO location one could barely think of any pros in this organization.
Cons
The top management is confused at any given point of time. Every candidate they hire is a guinea pig to try out new "fancy" roles. To be "Confirmed" in this organization is actually an achievement. Almost 80% of the positive reviews that one could check on this site are put up by the HR team to save the reputation of the so called organization. One can come across all kinds of un-professionalism including new policies and processes coming up every now and then. The management is here to run a "Business" and has no interest in building this organization with Human beings.
