Pros
Close to freeway. flexibility. Traveling opportunity. Close to tons of great take out. Target and Walmart are nearby. Did I mention flexibility?!
Cons
Management does not respect employees. They will lure you with flexibility but eventually be overloaded with work. Management is unfit and unqualified to run the small company. Management spends her time on belittling employees and is never consistent with procedures. Interview process was simple and very basic. Be qualified but not over qualified.
