      - people are friendly and that's it

      Cons

      - nothing to do with engineering - super Stangent - they expect you to learn so many different things everyday but everything is straight forward that you are not learning - a lot of manual labour not as advance as I thought it would be - scammed into thinking its super hands on and engineering related - say might have no chance to OT but forced to OT everyday

      Good people, lunch provided by the company

      Cons

      Practices a top-down hierarchy East Asian (Japanese) work model; work environment is very suffocating, stringent, and stale. A lot office power play from the senior management, they expect you to be loyal and obedient followers. Not a vibrant and free place to work in. Operations is very traditional and redundant.
