Over the past several years, we have intentionally built an operating model that provides attorneys with multiple times the support resources typically available in traditional law firms through dedicated case support, technology, training, and specialized operational teams. Our objective is simple: allow attorneys to focus more of their time on legal work, client advocacy, and maximizing outcomes rather than administrative burden.
We also recognize that our environment is not the right fit for every professional. We operate with ambitious standards and high expectations because our clients come to us during some of the most difficult moments of their lives and expect responsiveness, urgency, and results.
