Anglepoint talks big, but the reality is disappointing and draining:
Dead-End Growth: Promised salaries look good at first, but raises are stuck at 3%. Promotions take 3+ years, and regardless of title, you're doing the same repetitive work.
Unrealistic Expectations: Delivering 20–30 projects a year is the norm. If you're aiming for growth, expect more workload — not recognition.
Discrimination in Career Progression: Since 2024, Indian employees have been silently blocked from leadership roles and international moves. It's no longer a hidden trend.
Zero Transparency: A mysterious “one-time” expense (likely 10% of revenue) was brushed under the rug. Around 10% of employees were laid off without warning — no explanation, no empathy.
Pure Cost-Cutting Mode: No referral bonuses, no training approvals, no offsite events. Even annual salary revisions were delayed without back pay.
Leadership Lives in a Bubble: While the rest of the company tightens belts, execs enjoyed a luxury trip in Jan 2025. Strategy was barely discussed — but suites and +1s were definitely covered.
Innovation is Just a Buzzword: Tools like Elevate haven’t improved in years. Startups are leaving them behind.
This is not a company built for people to grow — it’s a company running on optics and overworked talent. If you're looking for long-term value, look elsewhere.
