Additional $1,200 yearly flexi benefits for staff wellness which also covers dependents. Company pay AWS and good performance bonuses 2-3 months, plus monthly and quarterly incentives for certain positions. Fast track promotions in less than 1 year for many of the positions, if staff exceeded expectation. Culture is generally empowering, and staff are closely knitted like a family. Lots of learning opportunities, regular celebration amongst teams when acheived team results, annual company wide events D&D, Teambonding events, CSR, etc....
