Pros
The Dallas South office is committed to providing positive employee experiences, ranging from auspicious management mentoring to regular employee appreciation events. This office in particular houses several C level execs that are constant sources of support and visionary pioneers in their fields. The transition was not an easy process, but was made exponentially easier with the attention and dedication from most of the leadership team --> their connections with their staff is what saved a lot of older employees from feeling lost in the acquisition. Ideas are always welcomed & it allows us to approach our work with a laser like focus so we are able to stay ahead of the rest of the industry.
Cons
Lots of processes to go through that slow down actual work being done. IT department has taken a serious back step since transition, this is a constant source of frustration. Sometimes exact roles are hard to define, but HR is readily available to help assuage any concerns... it just requires additional time to go over.
