Pros

You are appreciated is what we are told. Read on to find out if this is true.

Cons

Company is not the same as it used to be. In fact it is a sinking ship. Upper management are greedy money grubbers. Good employees are either fired or quit constantly. They took away Christmas break after decades of giving the week off. For employee appreciation they sent an email to all employees saying "You are appreciated." That was it. They used to give bonuses and gift cards but now there is nothing. Company is owned by private equity and they only care about the dollar signs and not the employees. Very unethical behavior all around from lying to clients when key employees depart to the offshore of technical jobs to unqualified consultants to save a few bucks. Legacy systems that are decades old without being rewritten and instead they just take a "LIPSTICK ON A PIG" approach to systems by only working on front end UI and charging clients exorbitant fees.

We thank you for your honest review. We value our employees’ work-life balance and therefore, we’ve transitioned to an unlimited PTO model, making it easy for our employees to take time off at any point in the year. We strive to maintain constant evolution in our software and processes, and always remain transparent with our clients and employees.

Pros

Great benefits and unlimited/flexible PTO

Cons

Workload expectations were unsustainable. To meet the basic requirements of my role, I regularly worked 50–70 hours per week. While the company offered flexible PTO, there was little meaningful coverage when employees were out, often resulting in even more work upon return. Frequent layoffs and ongoing staff reductions meant existing clients were repeatedly reassigned from departing employees to the remaining team members, further increasing workloads and making it harder to provide the level of service clients deserved. As responsibilities grew, client escalations became increasingly common, and support from leadership during those situations was inconsistent. The moment that best captured the disconnect between leadership and employee reality was a company training on having a "growth mindset" that included the message, "It's not bandwidth. It's mindset." For employees already struggling with excessive workloads and burnout, this felt dismissive of legitimate capacity concerns. The culture ultimately led to significant burnout, high stress, and declining morale. The company has talented employees and clients, but leadership would benefit from addressing workload management, staffing levels, accountability, and employee well-being before focusing on mindset and productivity initiatives.
