Pros

Literally nothing that I can think off

Cons

* No autonomy * Micromangement * Operates under a rules for me & rules for you policy(works in favour for management) * Under staffed in every "department" * CEO & management not willing to invest in growth - very hesitant about spending * Stressful environment when managers dump their workload on over capacity staff & still expect things to run efficiently * Poor communication between management team & workforce * Poor communication between members of management, each operating under different agendas * Office is as sterile as an empty test tube * Tech adverse mindset - the "technology" is janky and held together by duct tape * Don't expect to be listened too * Change & forward movement is unbelievably slow to the point where I don't think they understand the meaning of fast paced & agile(but are happy to use the words) * Only the management are comfortable with own their complacency & incompetence * Operate on a "family" mindset ie, toxic * Zero culture * Like to think they're a global company - the company size is 25 with people who are operating skeleton crews all over the world * Clock watching as opposed to measuring results

Pros

Excellent opportunity to work with the best and the brightest in the world of Fund of Funds and work with an extremely motivated and dedicated team. Extremely intelligent group of individuals sharing ideas and skills. Competitive internship program transforms interns into experienced junior analysts. Great opportunity for college students to delve into the world of hedge funds by evaluating performance, risk, and effectiveness of strategies.

Cons

It can be difficult to balance work and personal life. There are demanding hours and a rigorous work load but compensated accordingly.
