Pros
decent pay and good benefits - great marketing and sales departments - some great, capable, hard working people who are forced to do magic to keep the clients happy and then often told off for it, this company wouldn't run without them and their tireless efforts
Cons
lack of transparency, poor or no communication within internal teams resulting in further miscommunication with clients, who are often pushed to the brink when trying to clarify a seemingly simple matter or obtain a simple information - no clear processes to follow (despite attempts) in terms of goals, tasks and actions required. there's lack of consistency, which comes from the top, rules are made up or scrapped, depending on what's convenient. because of lack of processes doing your daily work often feels like pulling favors - blame game if something goes wrong yet no ability (or no willingness?) to identify the actual problem, rectify and improve the process - the idea of the product is great, the product itself sadly is not.
