Immature processes yet mostly enthusiastic team - Software Test Engineer Antavo Employee Review

The company haven't got its own software documented well, so a job of a QA like me can be very frustrating. I have to ask around a lot and finally only a small group of people are capable to answer my questions rearding the current and/or planned features in detail. The UI of the software is a mess, it took a long time to get myself familiarised and still I can get lost in it.
