It's healthcare. So knowing that, you have to prepare yourself with the challenges that come along with that.

It is amazing to help families and residents with placement for memory care. It is a huge and scary transition for them. It feels great to educate and help them.

No work/life balance. Yes- it is salary BUT I feel like it is taken advantage of a little bit with all of the calls, texts, emails and functions that are after hours or on days off.
