Lack of proper training. If you don't know how to do something it's your fault even though you were never shown how. You're made to feel like a complete failure for not hitting unrealistic targets. If your club is in a busy area then you probably won't experience this, but imagine being made to walk around a small town hunting for leads or your manager will be mad at you but also having to somehow be in the office making sales or, yes, your manager will be mad at you. I dreaded every shift and have been so much happier since I left.
