Pros
Schedule Monday through Friday 4 hrs only Friday. Lets you enjoy weekend with your family time. Work hard 5 days 2 days off in must successful clubs. Get to become personal with people you sign up and get involved with local community.
Cons
Deal with individual owners all different. Some don't keep there word. No room for advisement not great benefits. Pay should be much better especially when growing club for them. They need to reward there employees not be greeted when profit comes in share the love. Keep good employees by rewarding there hard work. Not holding the carriot in front of the rabbit and keep pulling it away each time. Corp headquarters needs to demand franchise owners pay there mangers staff more money.
