Pros

Has a good outlook when viewed from the outside. They have a good client base.

Cons

1. Insufficient Onboarding Process: One of the most pressing concerns is the inadequate onboarding process. From the onset, new employees are rushed onto projects without receiving proper orientation or training. This lack of a structured onboarding program leaves new joiners feeling unprepared and overwhelmed, affecting their performance and confidence. 2. Rushed Project Assignments: New employees are expected to dive into complex projects almost immediately after joining. Without a thorough understanding of Apadmi's internal processes, methodologies, and client expectations, this approach sets up new hires for failure rather than success. A more phased introduction to projects would allow employees to acclimate and contribute effectively. 3. Blame Culture: A pervasive blame culture further exacerbates the challenging onboarding experience. Instead of fostering a supportive environment, there is a tendency to point fingers when issues arise. This culture is counterproductive and demoralizing, particularly for new employees who are still navigating the company's ways of working. 4. Misaligned Expectations: New joiners are not given a fair chance to demonstrate their capabilities. There is an immediate and often unrealistic expectation for new employees to perform at full capacity without allowing adequate time to learn and adapt to Apadmi's unique working environment and client needs. This misalignment leads to premature and often harsh judgments about their performance. 5. Lack of Support: While there are colleagues who are genuinely willing to help new hires settle in, the overall environment does not support this. The pressure to perform quickly and the blame culture undermine the efforts of these supportive colleagues, making it difficult for new employees to feel secure and valued.

Pros

It's just like working in a big, friendly, supportive team. Managers nurture and encourage growth. There's freedom to learn beyond your specified role. Feels like the products we create really make a positive difference to peoples' lives. We are treated like adults, trusted to get on with things and not micro-managed. Good core benefits, and these are being evolved and enhanced. Flexible working is fully embraced, making work/life balance a lot better

Cons

Need to keep improving the benefits eg Healthcare, gym membership etc Maybe have a series of benefits which people can choose from?

Pros

Working at Apadmi has been a rewarding experience. Even in a non-billable role, I always felt that my work was valued and that I was contributing to the success of the wider business. There is a genuine sense of teamwork across departments, and people are always willing to share their knowledge and support one another. The culture is one of the company's biggest strengths. Colleagues are friendly, approachable, and passionate about what they do. The environment encourages collaboration and provides opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and take ownership of your work. Leadership communicates openly and makes an effort to keep employees informed about company developments and goals. There is a strong focus on continuous improvement, and employee feedback is taken seriously. Apadmi is a fast-moving business, which can sometimes mean priorities shift quickly, but this also creates opportunities to gain varied experience and make a meaningful impact.

Cons

Career progression opportunities can vary depending on the team. While there are opportunities to learn and develop, clearer pathways for advancement and more consistency in development planning would be beneficial.
