Everyone is Friendly and the company is very inclusive and provides snacks and celebrations frequently.

Cons

No annual salary increase, not even cost of living adjustments. Certain departments have no opportunities for growth. Company is focused on moving more jobs to other countries and using AI to reduce the US workforce. The Dallas Headquarters is in a dangerous and rundown building with constant issues with the elevators and bathrooms. Management ignores most concerns.
