Pros

Working at Appian has been an amazing journey so far! I had the opportunity of attending Academy training in person at McLean headquarters. I met colleagues coming from all over the world and I was able to experience and feel the international breath of the company. Respect, work-life balance and team working are just some of the values Appian is a leader in.

Cons

The only cons I have experienced so far is the lack of an HR figure based in Italy so that some bureaucratic issues could be handled faster.

Cool office & perks, unlimited PTO.

Cons

My manager ultimately stabbed me in the back. Being a recruiter here is a trap. No one has your back, your are just an order taker and every stakeholder has unrealistic and unfair expectations. The founders have their hand in the entire recruiting process and it makes it so unbelievably hard. They want top talent but have not top talent pay. They are not flexible on RTO so good luck.
