Pros
Appian has amazing benefits and is an amazing place to work overall. Everyone I have worked with in Customer Success is incredible at what they do and is always looking to help others. Best company culture.
Cons
In the year+ I have been working at Appian I have not had one bad experience. Only cons has been not knowing where you are going next after finishing a project, but there are tons of bench time resources.
