Pros
Some teammates are smart, and office environment is great.
Cons
The C-level (Chief-level) executives and management team set a highly toxic and challenging tone for the workplace culture. I was originally invited to interview, but the actual day-to-day responsibilities were completely misaligned with what was described during the hiring process. The company lacks a transparent and objective feedback framework, such as a formal PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). Instead, management tends to apply intense public pressure to drive voluntary turnover, which creates a deeply demoralizing and disrespectful environment. The communication style here is absolute rather than constructive; unless a skill is deemed near-perfect, it is often dismissed as completely lacking, and direct communication is virtually non-existent. Over time, this management approach actively fosters unnecessary misunderstandings and alienation among team members, severely damaging morale.
