Pros
The residents were good, some of the staff were helpful and good to work with.
Cons
The phrase "nurses eat their young" is the mantra there and management has no interest in integrating new nurses with the long termers. using the phrase "hostile environment" would not be inaccurate. HR and management had no interest in improving the working conditions. HR danced around any benefits such as healthcare, 401k by no replying to inquiries in a timely manner, claiming deadlines had passed etc etc.
