      Pros

      It is very humbling to work with children. They are enjoyable, pure, innocent, and just overall delightful to be around.

      Cons

      Everyone in management are related or in a relationship so every decision management or HR makes is biased and in the interest of the company not the clients or employees. Racism, sexual assault, and neglect is rampant and tolerated at both the Kennesaw and Rome locations. If you value your credentials, or the children you are entrusted to care for then consider companies that align with their mission. This company uses the "I love helping people" schtick to deliver inferior treatment at premium prices!

      Pros

      The children you get to work with are amazing and their families are amazing. The work you do is very rewarding especially when you see your client overcome a target they’ve been working on for awhile.

      Cons

      Training pay is not equal to the amount of work you do. Training is only supposed to be for 7 weeks but can go up to 12 weeks. It is not guaranteed 40 hours a week. When clients go to speech, you do not get paid for those 30 minutes; if you have two clients in one day that have speech, you loose one hour of pay for the day. If your client calls out, you loose 4 hours of your 8 hour shift.
