The office such a lovely friendly and cosy place!
My colleagues, managers and md are sooo approachable, caring and kind (nothing like the cut throat, selfish atmosphere you hear about the recruitment industry) - They always keep you in the loop and check in with you weekly.
I love how my manager always takes my views on board and we all work very well and a team
I love my job, never gets boring, literally flies and i'm so confident in what I do
Appoint group is not micro managed but the mangers are always on you side and help you through everything you need, training is always provided as needed and KIP's are individualised on your activity, desk and personal ability!
Love the flexible working and trust the md and managers have with their employee's
