Pros
Best place to learn, no doubt about it. (Soft skill and hard skill) Nobody cares on how did you solve the problem, as long as your Jira is Closed. (Fixed by talking, explaining, meeting, or even emails are acceptable, as long as the Clients approve it). Because of the cons below, it also had some positive points where you can learn all of the things in such short time and being able to work independently as well as in the team. 1 year on site, do every single unknown alien thing by yourself, and you can compare your skill with your team. Not all, but some of the team are fun and amazing. (You'll be glad when you found one like my team) Best place to test your stress level. Great place for people who doesn't have any serious life, looking for career and salary, and amazing skill in a short time. As long as you have a high stress level.
Cons
Nobody knows what you're doing. Nobody knows or even care about what's going on. Nobody will help your work. All they care is just your work is done well, your Jira is closed, and no bad email review from clients. Even your own team will also complain of your work for a bit of flaw, even if your work is overloaded. There is no salary review even if your initial salary is low. (Everybody will just say "it's your fault for asking low at initial", and it's expected) I had some trouble with some of my Reimbursement, but not all. High workload and stress. You might have to overtime everyday during development phase. (Not always, but often) It's a bad place for you who had a low stress level.
