      Pros

      Pay, benefits and not much else and yes so much else does matter

      Cons

      Practically everything. The protection of ineffective employees is rampant. Executives have sought out and found their pet employees from within and guard them viciously whether or not they benefit the company or put forth any effort.

      People are great and accepting. Work from home a lot of the time

      Cons

      Leadership is running this company into the ground. They fail to take advantage of opportunities and don't communicate well with the staff.
